Internship Position Description

Required Education/Experience: Sketching, CAD,Photo Shop, Adobe,Illustration, Acrobat, Excel Responsibilities:

□       assisting our CAD team doing technical sketches

□       making color cards

□       assisting with sales tools May also be responsible for:

□       assisting on photo shoots

□       attending Dallas Market

□       Occasionally returning samples

Pay: mileage to and from the office (.555 cents/mile) + $5/day allowance for lunch Length: Summer (exact dates negotiable)

Hours: 30-40 hours per week

Data Entry/ Customer Service Representative

Entry Level Responsibilities:

□       Answers daily inbound customer servicecalls

□       Maintains a professional and courteous attitudewith customers

□       Coordinates across departments to solve customerconcerns

□       Communicates regularly with sales team

□       Resolves cancellation, past completion or shortage of goods on order

□       Handles input of substitute goods on orders for replacement of non-manufactured styles

□       Communicates to the customer "best sellers" that were not purchasedto help improvetheir retailing of the line

□       Entry and management of evolving datafor software systems, including embroidery data integration

□       Enters orders and processes returnsand credits

□       Coordinates information and changes betweensoftware systems

□       Communicate customer feedbackand ideas to team

□       Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications

□       Customer Service and/ or Data Entry experience

□       Strong communications skills

□       Organized, detail oriented

□       Analytical Skills and ability to problem solve

□       Willing to learn

□       Strong Computer and Microsoft Officeskills, especially Excel

□       High school diploma Preferred Qualifications

□       Some college is a plus

□       Strong social media skills

□       Experience with ERP systems

□       Experience with Aria and/or RepSpark
