  Design by you of apparel items, including but not limited to Halloween costumes and lingerie.   Initial design will consist of sketching of styles that are your unique designs or styles suggested by Starline.   After a sketch is made you and Starline will collaboratively discuss potential improvements to the design which you will incorporate in an updated sketch.   Styles that appear to have the potential to generate sufficient sales will then be formalized with a sample that will then be used for a photoshoot and placed into Starline’s catalog and marketed to Starline’s customers.   Any styles that generate orders for a sufficient quantity and actually go into production will constitute a “Successful Style.”   (hereinafter, the "Work").
