During her time at  Caterpillar, she has held a variety of positions including: Junior  Engineer, Design Engineer, Senior Design Engineer, Supervising  Engineer, BHL Engineering Manager, Division Manager of Systems  and Controls Research, 6 Sigma Deployment Champion, WW  Undercarriage Product Manager, General Manager of the Specialty  Products Business Unit, General Manager of Cat^® Electronics, Vice President of the Electronics and Connected Worksite Division and Vice President of the Industrial Power Systems Division.

By 2012, the Caterpillar Board of Directors named her Vice President of Product Development & Global Technology and Chief Technology Officer.

She is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers, the Society of Women Engineers and the Bradley University Engineering Advisory Committee.
