Stop Apologizing!

At WiM, we often explore questions about what factors hold women back in the workplace.  One theory?  Too much apologizing!

Studies show that women apologize more than men - and often use the self-blaming "I'm sorry" in place of a wide variety of phrases from "excuse me" to "may I ask a question?".
